This is where we maximise value from all that hard work. When it comes time to sell – whether partially or entirely – the goal isn’t just to exit, but to exit well.

That may involve identifying the right strategic partner, navigating a family succession, or implementing an employee stock ownership plan (ESOP).  I help make the process intentional, structured, and values-led, tailored to your unique life situation.

Often, this involves bringing in exit specialists early, cleaning up the books, and working through a 12-month cycle under a revised structure to optimise your valuation, strengthen your earn-out terms, and increase the eventual sale price. 

My role is to guide the strategy, assemble the right team, and help ensure you maximise the return on everything you’ve built.
