11 years ago I stood on the roof of a rental car, looking at a $200M private airport build that had 19 months to go from dirt to done.

When everyone asked “How many trucks do we need to deliver 55,000 cubic metres of concrete?”
The team said “Why deliver it at all?”
That’s inversion.
Can you guess how many concrete mixing trucks that would be normally?
Roughly 5,000 trips to move that volume.
No time for that noise.
Instead of batch mixing and delivering to the site, my client provided Wagners with an on-site continuous mixing plant.
Rock aggregates and binder were mixed in situ and directly formed into everything relevant (the kilometres of curbing you need for every piece of road is mind-bending).
“What assumption is everyone else trapped inside?”
Clients in the Riverina didn’t want to be at the mercy of Coles and Woolworths.

They set about covering, irrigating, and using the best science to grow the best product.
Then sent it to Asia at a premium.
They said no to being stuck in the middle.
What about getting your margins smashed with freight costs, when you and your close farming families have a need to gin (process) your cotton at scale?

I’m talking 20-30,000 giant round modules of it.
Well, you’d build your own gin, like Southern Cotton did, right?

That’s what winners do.
They aren’t stuck under someone’s boot.
They build paths to markets that value them.
Where is “business as usual” trapping you?
You probably don’t need to build an airport, an orchard or a cotton gin.
But you do need to stop accepting the boot.
If you’re ready for change, get in touch.
